Family law decisions shape more than legal outcomes. They affect financial security, family relationships, and the direction of a person’s future. For more than 36 years, Esq. Kevin Zlock has guided individuals through these decisions with careful judgment, thorough preparation, and a steady focus on long-term stability.
Kevin represents clients in complex divorce, custody, support, and property division matters throughout Montgomery County and surrounding areas. His work often involves significant financial considerations, including business ownership, investment assets, and real estate interests.

He approaches each matter with a deliberate process, examining the full scope of the situation before developing a strategy that reflects both immediate needs and future consequences.
Clients value Kevin’s ability to bring clarity to difficult circumstances. He explains legal and financial issues in practical terms, helping individuals understand their options and make informed decisions about settlement, negotiation, or litigation.
While many matters can be resolved through disciplined negotiation, Kevin prepares every case thoroughly for court when necessary, particularly in high-conflict custody disputes where preparation and precision are essential.
Kevin began practicing family law in Bucks County after earning his Juris Doctor from the Dickinson School of Law at Pennsylvania State University in 1990. He received his undergraduate degree in History from Lehigh University.
In January 2026, he founded Bespoke Family Law in Montgomeryville, Pennsylvania, continuing a practice defined by careful analysis, strategic planning, and measured advocacy.
Outside his legal work, Kevin has maintained a longstanding commitment to education and community initiatives. He and his wife, Sima Zlock, established the Kevin Zlock Veterans Family Endowment Scholarship at Bucks County Community College to support veterans and their families.
Their contributions also led to the naming of the Kevin and Sima Zlock Performing Arts Center at the College’s Newtown Campus, a venue that hosts musical and theatrical performances, business conferences, and educational programs throughout the year.
Kevin and his wife have also supported educational access through the creation of scholarship and faculty development funds, including a $250,000 contribution to Princeton Day School establishing the Kevin M. Zlock and Sima Zlock Scholarship Fund, which provides need-based financial aid for students, and the Faculty Fund, which supports interdisciplinary teaching and student research initiatives.
His philanthropic work has been recognized with Congressional commendations for contributions to educational institutions and community programs.
Bespoke Law is a reflection of Kevin’s consistent focus on preparation, thoughtful strategy, and clear guidance, helping individuals move forward with a stronger understanding of their position and the decisions ahead.
